Du kan enkelt opprette returer gjennom din egen kundekonto ved å logge inn.
Vær snill og benytt deg av klageskjemaet her og vi hjelper deg å løse problemet. Send oss en mail, og vi oppretter en retur på varen. Skriv en spesifisering på hva som er feil med produktet, ordrenr og kjøpsdato. Vi ber deg sende inn foto/video bevis som beskriver problemet ytterligere.

We are only satisfied when you are! Have you been unlucky enough to receive a defective item or a delivery that did not meet your expectations?
You can easily create returns through your own customer account by logging in.
Please use the complaint form here and we will help you resolve the issue. Send us an email and we will create a return for the item. Write a specification of the issues with the product, order number and date of purchase. We'll for you to submit photo/video evidence that further describes the problem.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You yourself are responsible for checking the item right away when you receive it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We don't accept returns of artworks: if you are uncertain of the artwork will fit in your home, make sure you take good measurements before purchasing, or arrange to look at the artwork in advance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@avanistudios.no.
Payment Method Agreement
This Payment Method Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Avani Studios ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") for the use of the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and ApplePay.

Payment Methods: The Customer agrees to make payments for products and services purchased from Avani Studios using any of the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and ApplePay.

Payment Processing: All payments made through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and ApplePay will be processed through secure channels to ensure the safety and security of the Customer's personal and financial information.

Payment Authorization: By using any of the specified payment methods, the Customer authorizes Avani Studios to charge the payment amount for the purchased products and services to the Customer's selected payment method.

Payment Confirmation: The Customer will receive a confirmation email or notification once the payment has been successfully processed. In case of any payment-related issues, the Customer is advised to contact Avani Studios help services immediately.

Refunds and Cancellations: In case of refund or cancellation of an order, the refund amount will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial payment. The refund amount may take a few business days to reflect in the Customer's account.

Payment Disputes: In case of any disputes related to payments or charges, the Customer is required to contact Avani Studios customer support to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Updates and Changes: Avani Studios reserves the right to update or change the payment methods accepted by the Company at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes in advance.
